Mr. Danhi has been\u00a0engaged in the restaurant and food business for 30\u00a0years, with his melts having appeared on numerous\u00a0lists, naming them some of the best-grilled cheese\u00a0creations in the industry. Mr. Danhi is also the architect\u00a0of The Grilled Cheese Truck\u2019s social media initiatives. Mr. Danhi\u2019s\u00a0culinary career includes Company Executive Chef\u00a0at Kings Seafood Company, from 1996 to 1999, and\u00a0Opening Chef at Habana Restaurant in Costa Mesa,\u00a0a Nuevo Latino restaurant that received best new\u00a0restaurant in Orange County in 1995. Mr. Danhi was\u00a0also Executive Chef at the now Michelin-starred Water\u00a0Grill restaurant from 1996 to 1998. From 1990 to 1992,\u00a0Mr. Danhi was Executive Chef at the Roxbury Supper\u00a0Club in Hollywood. In addition, Mr. Danhi held the\u00a0Executive Chef position at Georgia restaurant, also\u00a0in Hollywood from 1993 to 1995.
